Cancellation Policy

The Luxe Creative Space: Venue Rules and Regulations Parking: Front and Back Parking: Space for up to 20+ cars. Additional Parking: Available on the side street. Prohibited Items and Actions: No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside. No Open Flame Candles: Not allowed. Confetti and Glitter: Not permitted; $30 deep-cleaning fee for damage. Wall Damage: No tape or adhesives; $30 re-painting fee for touchups. Layout: Provide final layout 48 hours prior to ensure proper setup. Catering: Outside Catering: Allowed with proper coordination. Food Warmers: Permitted with proper equipment; $30 fee for in-house warmer use. Cleanup Requirements: Post-Event Cleanup: Remove all garbage and materials. Dispose of garbage in the dumpster at the back. Condition of Space: Return space to original condition; no traces of the event should remain. Cleaning Supplies: Provided for minor cleanups; contact your day-of contact for more assistance. Payment Terms Deposit: 60% of the booking total due upon signing. Final Payment: Remaining balance due 2 weeks prior to the event. Full Payment: Required if booking within 2 weeks of the event. Cancellation Policy - $75 Cancellation Fee Full Refund: Cancel up to 14 days (two weeks) prior to the reservation date to receive a full refund (excluding processing fees). Partial Refund: Cancel between 14 to 7 days before the reservation date for a 50% refund (excluding processing fees). No Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of the reservation date are non-refundable. However, rescheduling may be offered depending on availability.
